About Equity for Life

Equity for Life, LLC, is a comprehensive personal and business financial planning firm specializing in successful equity management strategies. It is a privately-held company with offices in Wilbraham, Massachusetts and Chesapeake, Virginia. The founders of the company are Scott Bergman and Merle Gilley.

Mr. Bergman has been a member of the Insurance and Financial Services Industry for over 30 years. He is a Certified Senior Advisor and member of the National Institute of Certified Estate Planners. He is also the current owner and President of Retirement Planning Associates, LLC, a national brokerage firm managing and servicing hundreds of licensed general agents across the country. He is a General Partner and the President of Equity for Life, LLC.

Mr. Gilley founded and operated a successful advertising firm for 17 years. During that time he became an award winning National Sales Director for several Fortune 500 companies. He specializes in business administration, marketing, system design and implementation. As the current owner and President of Equity for Life, LLC, he is also responsible for training and managing hundreds of general agents nationwide. He is a General Partner and the Vice President of Equity for Life, LLC.

Mr. Bergman and Mr. Gilley's combined expertise creates a unique synergy that is rarely seen in any professional partnership. Through their network of agents they hold comprehensive seminars on a national level.
